Santa Claus is coming to Point Pleasant Beach! The Point Pleasant Beach Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring its Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. And what better guest to help kick off the Holidays at the Beach than Santa Claus. On Friday, November 27th at 5:30 pm, join the Chamber and local businesses on Bay Avenue for the tree lighting and Santa’s big arrival by fire truck at 6 pm.
Once Santa has safely arrived, there will be free pictures with the jolly guest at Ocean County Music, located on Arnold Avenue. Point Pleasant Beach Fire Companies 1 & 2 will be giving complimentary fire truck rides for all to enjoy. The evening will have “refreshments, Karaoke, horse and carriage rides, and live music by Ed Austin and Backstage Entertainment“. For more info: www.pointchamber.com

Sunday nights in Point Pleasant
Every Sunday evening, Jenkinson’s hosts a free movie night on the Pavilion Beach. The movie line up is geared for families with all ages, and for the child who may not be so interested in a movie, beach buckets and shovels are a great idea. “Family Night” begins at 7pm with the Big Joe Henry Jersey Talent Show, followed by the feature film at dark.
